BEIJING, Nov. 5 (Xinhua) -- The latest data from China’s National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ), also known as the “new third board,” showed that 1,187 companies listed on the board issued stocks worth 51.73 billion yuan since the beginning of 2018.
In the week from October 29 to November 2, turnover of the “new third board” totaled 1.149 billion yuan, 16.47 percent down from the previous week. The transactions made by designated traders were 409 billion yuan, and the transactions completed through call auction were 740 billion yuan.
Nutrichem Co., Ltd. (NEEQ:833819) was the only company with a transaction value of over 100 million yuan during the time period, which was 106 million yuan.
By November 2, total market value of the 10,879 companies listed on the NEEQ stood at 3.572 trillion yuan. (Edited by Yang Qi, kateqiyang@xinhua.org)
