Abstract : China's e-commerce giant Alibaba announced the merger of its units including Ele.me and Koubei to form a local life services company.
BEIJING, Oct. 12 (Xinhua) -- China's e-commerce giant Alibaba announced the merger of its units including Ele.me and Koubei to form a local life services company.
Ele.me, a leading online food delivery startup in China, and Koubei, a local services platform focusing on in-store consumption, have seen remarkable achievements, with services to 3.5 million merchants combined in 676 cities in China at present, according to Alibaba.
