BEIJING, July 4 (Xinhua) -- China and Brazil signed an agreement on advancing Belt and Road news communication and cooperation.
Media officials from both countries signed the agreement in Brasilia, capital of Brazil, on July 2.
Under the agreement, the two sides will strengthen exchanges and cooperation in multiple fields, such as launching joint interviews, conducting seminars and exchanges, and organizing journalist training.
The two sides also stated that the agreement will further enhance mutual communication and information sharing between media agencies and journalists in China and Brazil, promote friendly cooperation in bilateral and multilateral areas, and share new opportunities for the development of the Belt and Road.
